I am first and foremost and Equine welfare advocate. I served as an Animal Health Technologist for 9 years and learned through several aspects of Veterinary field how best to care for my animals. I have always opened doors to Rescue horses. CJ is one of those- a beautiful AQHA with navicular. She is a miracle horse with a heart of gold.

CJ joined us in June 2020, before the start of Westcoast Equi-care. She arrived all the way from Freedoms Gate in Salmon Arm. She is a well trained Cattle, reining and pleasure horse, learning basic western pleasure. She is taking me through my show prospects and enjoys teaching small children, and kids of all abilities. She has an incredible intuition.

Sonic Joined us in January of 2021, hauled all the way from with Prince George.

He arrived with minimal training and exposure. He has since shown in 4H and Local events with great success. He's what most will consider a Medicine Horse

Mishka joined us in July of 2024 after careful consideration to expand coaching. Mishka serves as a Beginner to Intermediate horse. Her preference is to go fast! She is very patient and forgiving
